Advent Music Festival: Sunday, December 8, 9:30 am worship

Celebrate the music of the season with performances by the Choir under the direction of Dr. Bruce Gleason, the Carillon Choir and Children’s Bell Choir led by Chuck Linderkamp, and pianist/organist Dr. Kevin Hobbs.

Children’s Christmas Program: Sunday, December 15, 9:30 am worship

The children of Diamond Lake Lutheran present a creative retelling of the birth of Jesus during worship. After the program, all are invited to the Lakeview Room for cookies, cocoa, and gift wrapping for the families in the Welcome Home apartments. Be sure to invite family and friends!

Blue Christmas Worship Service: Saturday, December 21, 6 pm

Christmastime can be hard for those who are grieving, those struggling with depression, those feeling isolated or alone, and those for whom the future seems bleak. The Blue Christmas service–held on the winter solstice–will make space for these feelings not usually acknowledged during this festive season. This quiet, candlelit service is designed especially for those who find the holidays challenging or need a moment of stillness amid the holiday rush. All are welcome to come and experience God’s light and hope on the longest night of the year. Children are welcome to attend.
