Diamond Lake Lutheran Church welcomes both short-term and long-term renters to share our space. Given that we’re an active worshipping community, we seek rental partners who hold similar values to those which guide our life together. Diamond Lake Lutheran is a community of justice and joy, and we celebrate God’s expansive welcome for all people, including those of all racial and ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities and expressions, abilities and disabilities, financial situations and immigration statuses. The conference table in the Trailside seats twelve comfortably. A 55-inch screen is mounted on one end of the room with an HDMI input. Large windows overlook Diamond Lake. You may see eagles and other wildlife on our grounds during your meeting!
This room can be set up with theater-style seating for presentations, or with tables in any formation you prefer (square, U-shaped, rows, etc…). The room seats around fifty people comfortably theater-style. Also includes a lounge space on one end with a sofa and chairs. AV cart is available. Large windows on two sides of the room overlook Diamond Lake. Alert observers may spy various forms of wildlife on the ground and in the sky! Includes access to deck and outdoor spaces. Can open to the Lakeview Room for an additional charge.
This is the largest room available on the main level of Diamond Lake Lutheran Church. Appropriate for receptions, parties, and large, formal presentations. Can be set with round or rectangle tables, or with chairs set theater-style. Can comfortably fit 162 people. Includes access to the deck and outdoor spaces. Audio-visual capabilities include a 16-foot drop screen, a sound system, and stage lighting. Access to the North Room and the kitchen for an additional charge.
Enjoy the beautiful setting of our lakeside facility with two level of seating, open gathering space, and a stage on the ground floor. Use this space on its own or in addition to the Lakeview Room or North Room to expand capacity and the experience.
This bright, airy space with convertible seating comfortably sits up to 67 people. Furniture can be moved out for a blank canvas, or sofas and chairs can be used for your event. Small and large round tables are available for use as well. AV cart is available along with a 55-inch screen.
With more than 1,000 square feet of space, this newly remodeled room on the lower level can be set up for groups large and small. Keep it empty for a performing arts practice space, or use our chairs and tables for classes and presentations. A 55-inch screen with HDMI capabilities is mounted on one wall. Fully accessible via an elevator.
Small classrooms on the lower level (fully accessible via an elevator) are appropriate for music lessons, tutoring, and small meetings.
