Kristine began her career in communications as an advertising copywriter, penning the tagline for Caribou Coffee, Life is Short. Stay Awake for It. She has authored more than 85 children’s nonfiction books, works as an independent book editor, and is a Teaching Artist at the Loft Literary Center.
